The problem we kept seeing

Electronic signature tools made it cheap to collect a mark. They did not make it cheaper to know what the mark attached to. Founders signed on phones in rideshares. Brokers collected initials on the wrong exhibit. Counsel found out about a clause when the renewal billed. The log, if it existed, lived in a vendor portal nobody exported.

So we built the inverse of a “sign faster” button. The reader speaks before the pad. The certificate is not an afterthought. The last line is still a human act — which is the only kind of signature the law has ever cared about.

How we work

We are a small studio. Support is in U.S. hours. Packets stay in a vault we can explain. We will tell you when a document still wants a notary or wet ink instead of pretending a drawn name solves every statute.
